This is a YA Christmas romance that’s super cute and filled with gushy hot cocoa warmth on every page. It’s pretty predictable, but not in a bad way! It’s just filled with Christmas on every page. The constant cookie traditions and family closeness was so endearing. It made me want to bake cookies and listen to Christmas songs the entire time I was reading this on my kindle.

Bailey Briggs adores Christmas. She is counting down the days until it gets here. She lives for the holiday! As well as the traditions and joy it brings. This includes baking cookies, going on sleigh rides, wearing light up reindeer ears as she works at the bookstore, and don’t forget all that music! This year she has a simple wish. She really wants someone special to kiss her under the mistletoe. Thing is, she doesn’t have someone special. What she is certain of is that it’s not going to be athlete and player Jacob Marley. She’s also sure that Charlie, the mysterious British accented stranger, really should be since he checks off all the romantic lead qualifications, despite the connection not always seeming to be there.

No matter what, she is sure this is going to shape up to be a Christmas she will never forget!
This is very sweet. It’s one of those heartwarming books you can read just to feel good when it’s all done. If you are looking for a cute little YA Christmas story that you can read in a few sittings, this might just be the one for you!⛄️🎄❄️
